Chris is President and Chief Investment Officer of FWM. Chris has nearly seventeen years of financial services industry experience. Chris obtained his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and also holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

From 1994 through 2010 Chris was a key leader at Westminster Financial Companies, Inc., serving as President and Chief Compliance Officer of the firm’s broker dealer and Chief Operations Officer. Among his varied duties, he was responsible for the development of investment policy/strategy, portfolio design and implementation, trading and reporting.

Chris is responsible for the overall investment management services provided by FWM, and serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. He also maintains a personal wealth management practice focused on investor education, prudent planning practices, wealth accumulation and wealth preservation strategies.

Chris has been a long-term resident of Dayton, Ohio where his family settled following his father’s 30 year career with the United State Air Force. Mr. Broderick has again followed family interests to the greater Washington DC area and is one of the founding members of FWM.

Pat is a founding partner of FWM and is responsible for its retail financial planning and risk management activities. Shortly after graduating from college with a degree in Business Management, Pat began his career in 1991 in the operations and trading departments with the regional investment firm, Ferris, Baker Watts located in Washington, D.C.

In 1995, Pat joined, Capitol Securities Management, Inc. located in McLean, VA., ultimately becoming the Director of Brokerage Operations. He also held the positions of Chief Compliance Officer of the firms registered investment advisor and brokerage units.

In 2007, Pat joined Westminster Financial Companies as Managing Director, and CCO of the Westminster Advisory Corporation. Pat was active in the corporate daily management of Westminster. He opened and managed a branch in Alexandria, VA and was on the investment policy committee of the firm’s advisory group.

Pat has served as the Treasury of the Stock and Bond Club of the Nations Capitol. Pat lives in Oakton, Virginia with his wife Michelle and their two growing boys. Pat enjoys baseball, weight lifting and being a father.

Tammy joined Fiduciary Wealth Management in 2016 as a Wealth Advisor.  Tammy began her career in wealth management in 2010 after a demanding and successful 20 year career in high tech sales.  Tammy was an advisor with the national investment firm Morgan Stanley prior to joining Fiduciary Wealth Management.

Tammy specializes in individualized wealth management and focuses on the comprehensive financial management process to help her clients achieve their financial goals.  Her approach takes into account family value, wealth preservation and asset protection as she crafts investment plans for her clients.

Giving back has always been important to Tammy and she is currently president of the local non-profit, Amy's Army.  Tammy also volunteers with her family in many community projects and activities.

A 25 year resident of Vienna, Virginia, Tammy lives with her husband Rob and their three children.  In her spare time, Tammy enjoys web design, reading, crossword puzzles and music.

Ed is a Wealth Advisor specializing in customized financial planning for individuals and families as well as servicing employer-sponsored retirement plans and providing employee education.

Ed started his career in 2000 as a financial advisor with UBS Wealth Management where he received his training.  Ed joined Fiduciary Wealth Management in 2020 after working at Capitol Securities Management for 17 years, where he was part of a team as a Junior Partner and Vice President of Investments. 

Ed grew up in the suburbs of Washington DC in Bethesda, Md. Prior to starting in the financial services industry, he helped run his family's small business which was a neighborhood grocery store. He is very family oriented and spends time in the local Armenian community.
